Artemis Poetry (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides original artworks, prints, and ebooks through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

• Physical products (prints): Delivered by courier/post to the shipping address provided by you.

• Digital products (ebooks): Delivered via email or secure download link after payment confirmation.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in RON. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment provider Stripe. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

4. Delivery

• Physical items: Estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout.

• Digital items: Delivery is immediate after successful payment unless otherwise specified.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Physical products: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the product is damaged or defective.

• Digital products (ebooks): Due to their nature, refunds are not possible once the file has been delivered, unless there is a technical issue preventing access.

6. Intellectual Property
All artworks, designs, and ebooks sold by Artemis Poetry remain the intellectual property of the author/artist. Purchasing a product grants you personal use rights only; redistribution or resale is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or misuse of digital products by the customer.
